Jochen Schuster
Jochen was born in Leverkusen in Germany in 1961, but moved to Norway in 1985. Today, he lives in Alvdal, with his wife and their two children.

Jochen's educational background is as a geologist with a primary focus on paleontology and sedimentology at the Universities of Cologne and Oslo. He has an MCSE-certification from Microsoft and works with computers at JSC-data and also teaches IT at

● Natur
● Fossils
● Skiing
● Fotball (soccer)
● Programming

Jochen is the IT-man who is also interested in the prehistorical signs in nature.

Folkeuniversity in Tynset. He also worked at NVE (The Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate) in Oslo for 10 years with various projects focusing on sedimentology (Ice Age /ocean bed /fossils) and hydrology (water, rivers, lakes).
