Sigrid S.Nortvedt
Sigrid was born in 1974. She lives outside of Oslo, is married and has a daughter.

Sigrid studied biology and zoology at the University of Oslo. For three years she worked in the mountain areas in western parts of Norway studying mortality on free-grazing sheep using radiotransmitters. Sigrid is now teaching biology at a college, and has extensive experience with children from working in an outdoor pre-school and primary school.

Hobbies and interests:   

● Nature and fauna (ecology and animal behavior) 
● Outdoor activities
● Horses: Cross country riding
● Skiing
● Sailing

Sigrid has close ties to this area and spends every holiday in these mountains. This was where her passion for wildlife and the outdoors started, leading to her education and career.

Sigrid also has organizational experience from student organizations at the university.
